Hot Sauce powder

For those making their own hot sauce, try repurposing your used pepper mash by drying in a dehydrator or oven and grinding into powder or flakes. Makes a tasty seasoning, if you don't like carrying around a bottle of liquid hot sauce, this is a handy option and can be used in just about anything. I use fermented cayennes, grind, boil, add any flavorings and strain to make the sauce but was looking for something to do with the leftover mash. List any other creative solutions below!
