Boil them in beer then wrap in bacon and grill Spread cream cheese on toasted bun and top with grilled onions and peppers....

Thanks for the thread food board. I love Johnosnvilles but have never boiled them in beer. Did it last night. Used a simple method from Bobby Flay.

3 Cans Original Coors (he didn't specify what type just what I had.)
1/2 stick of butter
1 large vidallia onion
2 packs of the hot n spicy brats

Boiled them in a pan on the grill then finished them up on the grill.

Although I didn't want to use the hot n spicy. They turned out a little too hot. Still great.
