gonna fry one, as always.
the wings always overcook, being they are small, etc.
does anyone pull the wings off at a certain time?

TIA

Never heard of that before. Seems like it might be more trouble than it's worth, but I'm interested to hear if anyone else has tried.

Never thought of taking them off, mine are always toasted too. But thats not a whole lot of meat anyways, so as he said might be more trouble than it's worth.

How about cutting them off before you start and throwing them in loose near the end of the cooking time?
