I usually wrap the bundle in tin foil after seasoning and place it on the grill for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle some shredded parm on top ftw..

Wash, snap off ends where they break naturally, spread out on a cookie sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, cracked pepper and sea salt.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 mins.

So good!

I don't like mine very crunchy, but my husband does. This recipe works for both of us. A little crunch but still cooked enough for me.

Roasted Asparagus

1 lb asparagus
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In roasting pan/cookie sheet (or zip lock bag), coat asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in single layer facing same direction on pan.

Cover with foil and roast for 10 minutes. Remove foil; roast for 10 minutes more.
