converting coffee keg to beer keg

Prefacing with a funny story:
I ordered the 128 oz matte black keg from The Royal Brew complete with all the parts and cleaning tools (no nitrous chargers, bought separately) to make nitro brew. 24 hours later I receive my shipping label. 36 hours I receive a stainless steel 128 oz keg. I email customer service and they apologize, and instead of giving me the option to replace the keg, they just took 10% off my order. 2 days after that, I receive ANOTHER package: it's my correct order. No one asked questions so now I have two kegs.
Question: what would I need to be able to use these for beer? I figured I might as well give a use to the one taking up space in my pantry. This is how they come:
To the left of the tap is where the nitrous/nitrogen chargers go. Below is a photo to show what exactly it.
Since this is where the gas is supplied to the keg, I'm assuming that I can do one of three things: attempt to find some adapter to hook up a hose to the keg and a CO2 cannister, or I can use CO2 chargers to make it work, OR get a tap that fits the keg.
Has anyone ever done anything like this with a keg of this particular style? I could be overthinking things. I'm thinking that just getting a tap might be the best way to go, although I'm not opposed to just using CO2 chargers to power the keg since it would help with space saving.
