Cool video, but I'd suggest that you do the initial legwork and convert the video to animated .gif. Probably why no one is responding.

"Text to the video" isn't actually to the video, it's to an animated .gif - which is several layers of photos combined to give the appearance of a video.
I don't know if there is a text to animated gif program out there or not. I make my own.
