Software/templates/plugins for Composite Images?

Maybe yous farker guys know what can help me...I'm not sure if I am using the right term: "composite image." If I am trying to create a print/image of my, say, gentlemen's special interest club/fraternity, what do you call that? (Insert joke here.) It will have text at the top, many headshots, and names. Sort of like a directory? Sororities & fraternities have these (as do many businesses & organisations).
Is there commercial software (plugins, software, or templates) for such? Preferably, it would be beginner-friendly, with options for pre-fab templates & different numbers of headshots. I have PS & AI. I am always willing to buy software that can help me!
