Request to make a design for track uniform

I'm trying to help a friend get together a design for his team's uniform.
this is what the company sent him.
Its kind of boring. Would anybody help out and play with this. Maybe have lady warriors kind of in a circle around the middle emblem. Also they use the georgia g. so maybe have that in the middle or something and its for track. So you guys are good and help would be appreciated.

I gave them the woman version of a sword and shield, seeing as how their name is "The Warriors". Also, I added a circle with a gradient. Bitches loved gradiented circles.
