Request for someone computer illliterate

If one of you could be so kind, I have a bit of a strange request. Simple I think but am not sure.
Is there a way to crop this picture to just above his knees?
Lastly, if we could add this Old Judge Cigarette logo into the top right hand corner, I would be forever in your debts.

I have a couple of friends, one of whom collects old baseball cards like the Old Judge Cigarette cards. The other friend looks like this fatass, but not as large .
