Don't know if this is the best board to ask about this or not, but regardless..
The Trump videos that have been made throughout the election season with Trump's head or face placed over the original actor..is that done by rotoscoping the entire video or is there a faster way?

i don't know what rotoscoping is but when i used to do it, there was a way to track a pixel on the persons face and just have the image follow it around the screen. can't remember what it's called though. i don't think i used photoshop. it was adobe's video editor though.

Ahh, thank you. That sounds alot quicker. Manual rotoscoping requires you to go through frame by frame outlining what will be replaced.

Motion tracking. Used in After Effects.
