I didn't duplicate the shadow across the face, which makes Welker's face look out of sync with the picture. I can do it if you want, it'll just make his face harder to see.
ETA: see, PT's an artist, he got you the shadow.

I originally wasn't planning on doing the shadow either but I was happy enough with the way the fark was going that I thought the payoff would be worth the attempt. A good combo of source pics helped here, too.
