if anybody is bored and has time, would you mind goin through some steps on how to create photos and do simple things like make sig pics and what not?

Seriously, do a search on youtube for photoshop tutorials. There are so many things you can do with photoshop I couldn't even begin to write them all down here, not in a way someone who knows very little about it can understand. Search specific things you want to do (i.e. crop picture in photoshop), I guarantee you will find at least a dozen tutorials on each. Do a little each day and before you know it you are pretty decent.
