Photoshop help for co-worker

I have a co-worker who is attending Burning Man soon and wants to place a picture of one of her friends who has passed away in the Temple they have at the end of the event every year. Any help would be much appreciated. I realize the picture isn't the greatest, and if it is unpossible (me fail english?) I can try to get a picture that would work better.
She'd like:
