Here are a couple quick edits that I just noticed needed correcting. Again, this isn't quite print-ready as it is not a lostless vector image. Any print shop can fix that though.

I'm not trying to be a jerk especially if you are just learning to edit images but...
Do you notice how you can see the individual pixels? That really makes an image look unprofessional.
That is one reason I don't simply enlarge pictures. You lose resolution and end up with an image that doesn't look clean.
I also consider the final product. As you wanted a t-shirt, I tried to minimize colors. That is because print shops charge by the color. So a monochromatic image is cheaper to print. Since you asked for gold, I had four colors- black, purple, gold and white. One of those colors would likely be the shirt color so it would cost to print 3.
I can add a white outline to the tiger or a darker purple to the laryngoscope.
Again, I don't mean to hurt your feelings but you asked what I thought.

Feelings aren't hurt.......I totally see what you are talking about.......fortunately for our class, someone's dad owns a t-shirt print shop in NOLA so we just need a design......If you can help clean it up, please do so.........I just added the ties and the white outline........didn't mean to take away from your work as you helped us out tremendously......In fact, I'm gonna need your email cause we are gonna get you a free Tee.......

Can anybody update that picture above and change the LSU on the hat to LSUHSC?
Tim, class has voted and wants this T-shirt.......but it has to say LSUHSC and we want the ties on the mask.........We like the purple and gold tiger with the white eyes.......Looking for it to be print ready for a Tshirt.

I don't have access to software right now.
I should be able to finish a print quality image next week.
You may need to give me you email address. It depends on what file format your printer needs. Most won't work with a JPEG. Some won't use a PNG. I can create a lostless vector in SVG format but that cannot be posted directly.
We can discuss those fine points after I finish.
