Need help with a twitter profile picture

Resize the Mizzou logo to about the size of the LSU logo. One in the top left hand corner then the other in the bottom right (diagonally). Then splitting the two logos, I would like "Geaux Tigers" in gold lettering. Would also like this all on a charcoal grey background or as close to charcoal grey. Thank y'all in advance.

I like the first one, but would like the font solid gold. Also it diagonally between the logos. Thank you though!
