Need help resizing a few photos to avatar size (150x150)

Below are the images I am trying to get resized. Admins said it was too big and needs to be taken down to 150 pixels X 150 pixels and be less than 30,000 bytes. Any chance one of you farkers could help me out with that? Emoji beers and bows from me. Thanks.

Thanks guys! Trying to figure this stuff out myself. Very very slowly I am starting to get it. I'm a farking noob though so its painfully slow. Thanks.
