first time messing around with Corel Draw made myself a phone wallpaper in corel draw and is super clear within CD but when i export it the clarity screws up. is there any way to clear it up and a helpful tip on how to do it as well?

Instead of trying to clean it up, I just re created the image. Wasn't sure of the font though. I can change that if you can give me the name. With the pixelation in your original, I could not tell but it looked like you had a small border, so I re created that as well.
I'm not familiar with CD, but it's possible you need to check your save settings to make sure the image output is the correct size and resolution. I had a similar problem in photoshop not long ago. When I created a new image I would set the desired dimension and resolution. For some reason, the default settings had been changed so that no matter the dimension or resolution, my image size was still 1 inch by 1 inch. Once I change that back, everything was right with the world. Maybe it's something similar?
BTW I made this pretty big but in the same dimension as the original, so if you scale it down the resolution should be fine.
