This prisoner is Russell "Shucky Ducky" Westbrook. Rapist/Murderer. Not since Buffalo Bill has a killer dressed this badly.



Serving life for armed robbery, kidnapping, and attempted murder. Implicated in at least a dozen other murders, but no charges were ever brought forth in those cases. Also known as OG Kobe, Blood Mamba, The Utah Lizard, Stone Cold Killah, and 24/7:

Orchestrated a bank robbery and got ratted out after the operation failed. Several witnesses came forth against him, but 2 have already been killed in mysterious circumstances. There are rumblings that other witnesses are refusing to testify at trial.

"Dan Tony" is known to have strong ties to the Italian mob. He's been on the FBI most wanted list for over a decade with ties to extortion, murder, kidnapping, bookmaking, etc. He's never faced charges up to this point, but prosecutors are scrambling with the recent deaths of key witnesses and the recanting of stories from others.

The Christian church protected this priest despite the fact that he has been accused of inappropriate behavior with children in 8 different locations. The number of children involved is suspected to be well over 100.
