Is it possible to fark over faces on a video?

I have a trapping instructional video that I want to post but at the same time do not want my face plastered all over the net. If I sent one of you three short vids could you make my face unrecognizable while maintaining the rest of the video info.

Why not just cut out the scenes of your mug? Or are they a big part of the video?
In After Effects you can motion track the face and put something over it so everywhere your face goes, the blur or whatever you want will follow it.
