Hurricane Path Fark

In wake of the hurricane, and no one even sending prayers to the state of Mississippi, could someone make the hurricane path go to Alabama and then do a big loopty loop and hit Louisiana or hitting Louisiana and looping around to hit Alabama but miss Mississippi completely. TIA
