how do i resize pics to make the sig-pic size?
400x150
i'm trying to do it in paint.net and i can not get it to come out right

I have this..


and i'm trying to get a simple black and white sigpic and this is all i can come up with


which is still to big to use

maybe i should not make it B&W

the colors on the helmets really pop

You won't be able to keep that distinct resolution by shrinking it that much. Color would be better than black and white for the contrast.

Shrinking the image down will result like this.


But with some careful cropping you can keep decent resolution.


Keep in mind a sig pic cannot be larger than 30kbs so the image quality has to be reduced (not as focused). The original images of these pics is over 80kbs so the quality will not be as good on the sig versions.
