Help with adding text to GIF

I'm not a premium user and cannot add text to this GIF
I would like the text "Don't Care" added....or something to that effect.

Good job you've figured it out.
As to applying text, import layers to frames (in Photoshop) and then you can add whatever it is that you like under the *animation* menu. Good luck.
