Desk Pop GIF Help

I was going to see if anyone could take the provided GIF of Will Ferrells "desk pop" from the movie The Other Guys, and put Aroldis Chapmans face on Ferrell. Need a solid Fantasy Baseball avatar to change to. Thanks in advance

How did you get either to be editable? Both files were corrupt on my side and couldn't even open them.

I was able to save them to my computer and then open them in GIMP with no problem.

No wonder. For some reason they don't open up on PS - on mine anyway.
