Open your link, right click on the picture and view image properties (or image info in firefox).
Copy the image location, and return to td.com.
When you go to post it, click on the 'img' button on the right.
Paste the image location where it says 'enter a valid image url', and make sure you 'preview' it first to ensure it worked.

I'm a Tennessee fan. I'm just making sport of CMR as you know from watching him on game day the man never gets upset he just stands on the side line like stonwall jackson with a poker face.
I hope UGA keeps CMR he is the best thing to happen to Georgia since Shermans march to the sea..
