Can someone shrink this down to avatar size?

everytime i shrink it down, it turns the background into black. "see my current avatar"
Can someone shrink this down to where the background stays white/clear?
i dont have powerpoint or another photo editing software installed on my computer.

Here you go. FYI the original pic is a .png. When you were shrank it down, you saved it as a .jpeg (which will not preserve the transparency) instead of a .png.
