Well first you have to HOST them on the web. Try using flickr.com or snapfish or imageshack. THEN you use the url to post it online.

So in flickr click on the picture you want. Then RIGHT CLICK, select properties and then copy the address (url). Then paste that into your post, highlight, then click IMG. You can also click IMG and then past the url into the pop up box.
