Can someone modify these to all white outlined images

I want images in the order of my sig like saying "I run trains" but in all white outlines and no colors so I can put them on a green shirt..
I want the eye of the tiger white..like this image
With an image of a runner like this but in white..
And then if you can find some clip art trains, maybe 2 like the ones in my sig but without Leonard that look like newer locomotive and not older steam images but in all white outline as well.
I want to put in on the back of a shirt so if there is any way possible to make it the kind of image that you can change the size and not mess with the pixels..I forgot what it was called though..
I know it is asking a lot but I'd appreciate it a lot! Please and thank you!

Found out it's called a vector image..
But from the looks of the down votes, this isn't looking promising for me..
If you could just make the image vertical, I might know someone who can turn it into a vector image..
Is it because I didn't put any photos of locomotives? If so, I can go try to find a couple.

Appreciate that..if I took that to a website just to order a shirt would the green background show up(I guess in asking as a different color green than the sheet may be)..am I making sense? Like if I ultimately wanted to put the same image on a different color shirt..

When I try to put it on a tshirt this is how it shows up..I can't tell if it's going to come out the way it looks on your image..do you know of all I would need to do is save your image and upload it to a t-shirt website? Thanks again for this..

What different art formats does that website accept? I guess I can try to make the art a one-color image and drop out the background. But if you need it in vector format I can do that as well.

I was able to mess with it under edit colors and choose an option switch to negative and make image solid...I have a friend that's going to try to do it first..if you could make it a vector image that would be helpful for her machine I believe.

I'm about to go into work and won't be able to reply for about 12 hours..just let me know if you make it into a vector image and glow I can get it from you, either a link it would just click view image and save image? That's what I did with the first one. Thanks for your help with this.
