Black and White Picture with Color in a few Spots?

I'm not sure how possible/hard this would be, but could someone make it to where only Purple and Gold colors are showing and Rueben Randle's skin/shirt/hat are showing? And in the bottom left or right corner, put "Witness" in white text. It's hard to explain. so I apologize for any confusion.
