A fantasy football fark request

Could someone put this head onto the body of the LSU fan in the 2nd picture. I tried doing this myself with Gimp but it just was not coming out very good. Any help at all would be truly appreciated!

Ya'll are both great, thank you both so much for the help. I really appreciate the detail of making the skin color of the face match more closely with the body.
