i'm goin to get a web site made and i want to get godaddy.com for hosting.but i need someone to look over the deluxe plan for me to make sure theres no extra cost per year just the 80.00 for hosting.also would i have to get the domain name first or does it come with the deluxe plan?

are you looking at the linux or windows one?
It looks like they have extra fees. if you scroll down and click on the tabs that compare the product you will see the extra stuff
