Which RB2 & WR's to Start?

E. Lacy is my RB1. My other running backs are K. Williams (vs. NYG), J. Randle (@ NO) and M. Jones (vs. Phi). Who should I start at RB2? I'm thinking Williams or Randle, but can't decide.
My receivers are, D. Moncrief (vs. Jax), A. Robinson (@ Indy), L. Fitzgerald (vs. Stl), J. Landry (vs. NYJ in London). Which 3 receivers would you start? Please help.
