Ben Simmons (back tightness) will not return on Saturday against the Magic. He was ruled out fairly quickly, so this is discouraging news. Simmons had neck tightness in the preseason, and maybe this is related to that. The 76ers likely will update him after the game and hopefully he can heal up over the weekend. With him out, that will likely increase T.J. McConnell's minutes the most, but Markelle Fultz and J.J. Redick also benefit while Ben is out.

Kevin Knox (left ankle) went to the locker room in the first quarter on Saturday and will not return. He was due free throws and did not because of injury, so he will not return. Knox rolled his left ankle and he did not put weight on it as his teammates helped him to the locker room. It did not look good and Knox may require some time off. The Kings will have to turn to Mario Hezonja a lot more now, so he becomes a speculative pickup.

Kevin Knox (ankle) expected to miss 2-4 weeks
Kevin Knox (left ankle) is expected to miss 2-4 weeks, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

His ankle sprain did not look good and unfortunately this news isn't surprising. Knox had been playing well since the preseason and hopefully this injury doesn't linger like some ankle sprains can. With him out, the Knicks will likely play the matchups with Allonzo Trier, Noah Vonleh and maybe even some Mitchell Robinson. Trier looks like he may be the guy to add in deeper leagues.
