I saw someone post "never start a Thursday player in the flex."
What is the rationale behind this?

It limits your roster flexibility for the rest of the week.

Because just in case someone gets hurt, you can swap positions at flex.

You start a WR at the Flex tonight then you don't have the possibility of playing 3 RBs/2 WRs and will have to play 3 WRs/2 RBs.
