Looking to make a move and improve

Now I'm sitting at 4-1, but I feel my team could use a little upgrade at the WR or RB.
It's .5 ppr, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 flex format
QB- Matt Ryan
RB- kamara, j Howard, Aaron Jones, keryon Johnson, and ekler
WR- Keenan Allen, t hill, Jarvis, Crabtree, and W fuller
TE- kittle and Engram
D- rams
K- Succop
Should I look to improve or sit tight? If improve who would you think I could make moves for
