Kelce is the best tight end with gronk being injured all the time
Conner is worthless in 3 weeks, unless you have bell for a handcuff
Your only downside in this trade is giving up Jones for Henry.. henry has been a disappointment so far, and all signs point towards Jones becoming a solid fantasy rb
The team you have, adding kelce is nice. You will never use Conner or Jones over the running backs you have

you're crazy if you think LeVeon is going to play. Go listen to James Harrison speak about how he'll handle it..... Unless they give him the big contract which isn't happening it seems.
