If you get the 12th spot in a standard, who are you taking?

Assume the top RB's are gone as well as Megatron.

You're left with Sjax
Forte (awful option in standard)
Frank Gore

Also, assume A Rod and Brees are there.

(one of my leagues in this scoring format gives 4 pt for a passing td.

In a mock I just did at 12th, I went Sjax and Gore.

AJ, Dez, and Marsh were sitting there, too.

list includes..MJD,Ridley,CJohnson pair one with sjax

BTW I hate gore

But in a standard league I wouldn't fault you for going DEZ and AJG or JGrah

standard 2 starting RBs...leaves a ton of serviceable RB talent late....Bell + whoever falls at the 3rd,4th

Why? In a standard league, he's an awful choice.

I like him. I'll consider it, hopefully I don't get the 12t slot.

he finished as the 12th rb last year in lovie's shite offense. Trestman frickING LOVES rb.

Trestman’s two years in Oakland (2002-03)
– 87.5 red zone opportunities for RBs – 43% of all red zone opportunities
– Running backs saw 143.5 targets

Forte’s five years in Chicago (2008-12)
– 65.8 red zone opportunities for RBs – 35% of all red zone opportunities
– Running backs saw 96.6 targets

Forte will be top 8 back this year

Yes

He actually went 4th in the mock.

Second tier RB's were left.

Sjax, Gore, Forte, CJ, MJD

I personally think SJAX will be a top 5 to 7 back this season. Great value at 12. I like him over Alfred Morris.

Well, I'd like to, especially in a standard league.

I could have taken AJ, Marsh

or Aj, Graham,/ Marsh, Graham

That's a tough choice. I'd either go with SJax or Forte. I think you'll get about the same production with either or.

Yeah and how many TDs will he have? He's not a goaline back and I wouldn't spend a first round pick or 13th on him. No fantasy "expert" will have Forte or Gore in their first round mocks. Don't reach go for the sure thing.

I would probably go either QB/WR or WR/WR. Either Dez,AJ, Marshall. You know they will produce. There's RBs that will be there next time around that will produce as well. Hopefully you can grab Romo or Cutler (backup) later and have a combo that could potentially be deadly.

I agree. AJ is a stud, and Dez has increased yardage and TDs every year he has been in the league. Not discounting Marshall's numbers at all, but of the three, I think he's the most likely to regress.

eta: I want to have Dez's baby this year.

I like AJ, but, I don't think he'll do as well. It's just a vibe type thing with him.
