OK, now that the ownership issue has been settled, let's focus on getting payments in and possible rules adjustments/changes.
I am interested in amending the IR rule. Instead of having a max of three players allowed on IR, I would like to have unlimited IR slots, under the provision that the player is on your team at the time of injury. The current rules of not being able to make transactions in the offseason until your lineup is legal would still apply.

So if you finish the season with 7 dudes on IR, you would need to drop 7 players as soon as the season ends?

Minors initially. They aren't eligible to be on a major league roster until they appear in at least one MLB game.

No, that player can be added after the draft via waivers.

If Greg Holland isn't signed by a MLB team, will I still be able to place him on IR when teams start putting players on the DL?

If he isn't signed by a team, then he can't be placed on the DL so you'll have to have him on the bench.

It's the best site out there, imo. It may not look pretty, but the functionality is fantastic.
They are supposed to be introducing an upgrade to the site any day now in terms of look and feel.

The app is TERRIBLE, but the site isn't bad. You'll get used to it. Better functionally than it looks.
