Flex Dilemma (Charles or Garcon).....

My Rb's are Hillis & Foster. I've been using Charles in the flex. This week I'm playing against Peyton. My starting WR's are Roddy & A Johnson. I've had Garcon on the bench all year. Should I play Garcon to counter Peyton since he's been targeted alot recently? Or do I stick with Charles against the Rams?
