If NC is a hold, and GA, NV and AZ all flip, I think that's 268, so my math lines up with yours.
That would be so close that if a crazy flip like NH or NM happened, that would be enough, without PA, WI or MI.
Otherwise, needs PA, WI or MI. On the other hand, the other side can't win without PA and WI if GA, NV and AZ flip. No way to 270 then from that side.
