Didn't someone say that that norse map only shows a very small amount of attacks though? You couldn't really see a DDoS attack on it?>

Apparently it is De Kalb Junction. Possibly a company called Xervant. That is what I've gathered from forums and the information on the Norse home page.

Yep, that company tests firewalls etc. so they are constantly sending attacks to themselves.

Yeah the majority of their "attacks" are coming from Microsoft out of Seattle, so that makes sense.
