Went to game. Howard is very impressive ball explodes out his hand yet he puts touch on passes that need it. By far the best 11 grader QB I’ve ever seen. Accuracy was incredible on long short and slants. Get him bigger an stronger he will be All American type player.

Howard is as advertised. Long list of offers before he ever started a high school game.
