If Pelicans go to 2020 playoffs, which 7 WC teams don’t make it?

Phoenix, Dallas, and Memphis are the only teams who are pretty much sure to be gone fishin’ by Tax Day if you ask me. THAT means the Pelicans will have to be better than four of the following:
GSW DEN POR HOU UTA OKC SAS LAC SAC LAL MIN
Could Denver die a sudden death?
Could San Antonio finally drop off?
Could Houston’s inevitable decline come sooner than expected?
Can we actually see a year where Westbrook actually fails to get OKC to the playoffs?
Is Utah a flash in the pan?
Isn’t Sacramento gonna be good next year?
Aren’t the Lakers bound to be better next year?
What the hell’s Minnesota doing all the way down there?
