Porch railing installation in B.R. area

Any suggestions for a contractor to install railing around a front porch (about 45 linear feet plus 2 sets of stairs)?
Also, any idea what a ballpark price would be for this project?

Any suggestions? I’ve contacted 5 carpenters/contractors and haven’t found anybody who even wants to give me a price much less do the work. Thank you.
