Under the radar NFL policy change that should be noted this week

The NFL is not allowing teams to stay on the road for long trips this year... they MUST return home for the mid-week

case in point... the Los Angeles Chargers were in Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers... and then of course next week they're in New Orleans for Monday Night Football

normally in that situation the Chargers would likely stay out east and wouldn't go back to L.A. before heading to LA

but under this new policy... they'll head back from Tampa this evening to the west coast and then fly back to NOLA next Sunday

just found that an interesting change... probably put in place due to COVID but I wouldn't be surprised if the players try to make that permanent if it isn't already
