Hopefully E can draw up plays to do so. 2018 was a wreck.

Yeah, I'm sure after being a part of the greatest offense in history, he just threw the playbook away and is starting over from scratch.
Hoo boy, we must be close to the start of the season if frickwits like this are speaking up.

I've been watching film of Brennan all evening. Only thing that worries more is the heat that some of Brennan's passes come with are hard to handle. Assuming this has been corrected all off-season. No reason why our WR's can't light it up.

It’s not as simple as just having the plays.. he’s gotta be able to use them right. Not saying he can’t or won’t. Just saying it’s bigger then the playbook

But wasn’t he calling all the plays except the red zone? Or so we were told?

Coach O made it clear. The real question about Brennan is how he reacts under fire. There is only on way to grow those skills. It is to play games.
Look at the improvement Burrow made in 2018 from the beginning of the year to the end. Playing is the only way to evaluate and improve as a quarterback.
Brennan was a higher rated QB from High School and now has as much experience as Burrow did when he transferred here. The only way that Brennan can take the next step is to play. The hope is that the scheme and receiver talent is superior to what Burrow had in 2018.
There is no way to know for sure whether Brennan will exceed all expectations like Burrow did until he actually plays the games.
Personally, I am hopeful that Brennan will surprise a bunch of the doubters.

Right but you still have to call the plays to your players skill set which has changed. And put your players in the right spots of the field. I think coach e will do just fine I’m just saying your point was to broad. Way more goes into having a great offense then playbook and non red zone play calling.

Brennan is getting reps against a very good defense everyday. Processing and decision making is always the challenge
Hopefull Brennan can pull it off
Much better receiving and RB group than 2018. Much better O line group also

I know he hasn’t got mentioned as much but I just can’t see Palmer not making a nice contribution this year.
