I don't know how to save the actual source video file from Twitter to be able to upload it to EZ Gif or I'd do it for you. Right clicking just copies the tweet's URL but not the source file.

There are free sites you can use. I use SaveTweetVid
You basically just copy and paste the tweet’s URL and it will ask you what quality video to download. You can then just copy and paste that into EZGif
