I added a link to the picture i wanted, it was on Flickr photo share site but my avatar still isnt showing up. Does it have to be approved or did i do something wrong?

aint that the truth. I thought i remember a stickied topic that covered all this stuff but i can't find it through search. I miss the old days where you could just right click any pic on the internet and paste in its link, now you have to have accounts on photosharing sites

Any tips on why my avi quality looks shitty? How can i improve it? The picture i started with was high quality but i guess as i down sized it the quality went down.
