Possible to retrieve deleted voicemails

My wife accidentally deleted a voicemail, then emptied the deleted folder. We have AT&T for service, and newer iPhones, if any of that matters. The voicemail is very special to her. Thanks in advance

Do you think the phone may auto backup to the cloud?
If so you could try a restore? Someone else should be able to be more accurate on the details.

It might be backed up on iTunes, otherwise your only hope is that att still has it and is willing to give it to her.
I assume it's personal/emotional for her so they might be more willing to give in.
