GOT Arya's custom weapon question/theory

I was doing a rewatch of the first episode.
Could the weapon she is asking for, maybe not be for her,..but instead maybe for Bran?
We are introduced to him as he isnt able to correctly shoot an arrow and hit his target. He is being backed and supported by Jon, which is also the first bridge into highlighting Arya's character.
Was thinking, maybe it's not for her?

I'm high, and anticipating tonight's episode. I guess I'm putting too much thought in,..while at the same time, not.
