Bravia Smart TV not connecting to wifi

Just upgraded my internet speed...guy from ATT switched the modem as well.
Now all of a sudden it says the TV is connected to wifi but it won't allow me to access any streaming applications?
What am I doing wrong here?

This happens to mine randomly. If you just press the off button on the remote, it goes to sleep. You have to press and hold the power button for it to reboot. You’ll get an android logo when it does this. Damn smart TVs are getting to be as bad as cell phones.
